For the rooms :
Cancellation more than 14 days before check-in: free
Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in: 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
When you make your reservation, your credit card details are requested as a guarantee, but nothing is charged.
For some reservations, a deposit may be required. We will get back to you after your reservation if this is the case.
The payment is made on the day of your arrival at the check-in.
It is possible to pay by credit card, cash and vacation vouchers.
Check-in times are from 3pm to 5:30pm. An independent arrival is possible and will be communicated to you by e-mail at the time of your reservation.
For checkout, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
No, there is no possibility of an extra bed or cot.
No animals are allowed.
There is no minimum duration.
Some periods (long weekends, Christmas markets, ...) are subject to a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights, indicated on the online reservation system.
